Meals and snacks for 06-15-14

Breakfast: shredded wheat and milk
Lunch: tuna salad sandwich with lettuce, watermelon
Dinner: parmesan crusted tilapia, couscous, cherries
Snacks/desserts: frozen yogurt
Beverages: water, diet Dr. Pepper

Jeremy wasn't feeling too hot yesterday. He had watermelon, sorbet with grapes, and leftover bean and sausage soup with some couscous mixed in.
